The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent No.2 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within four weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent No.2, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order.

It is needless to state that in case the final decision is not taken and the admitted dues are not paid within a period of twelve weeks, the respondent shall be liable to pay interest @ 9 per cent per annum on the amount of admitted dues from the date the same become due till the date of payment.
