The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 352, 308, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4454 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59631 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
