The victim has been recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

No doubt, the victim stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she was forcibly taken away by the petitioner and petitioner forcibly solemnized his marriage with her but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the victim was in love with the petitioner and she voluntarily solemnized her marriage with the petitioner. It is further submitted that when victim came in clutches of her parents, she took U turn and gave statement against the petitioner.
