JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard Sri Amrendra Kumar , learned counsel for the petitioner and Md. Aslam Ansari, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody since 6.7.2015 in connection with Dholbjja (Kadwa ) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though in the present case recovery of three country made pistol was shown but recovery was affected from Basa of the petitioner and in this case along with the petitioner his father was also made accused. He submits that father of the petitioner has already been granted bail and petitioner is in custody since long.

Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015. (Rakesh Kumar, J) Praful/- U T
