Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 421, 424, 409, 477(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is that while running Consumer Service Centre (CSP) linked with S.B.I., Haspur Branch, petitioner and one another accused defalcated the money deposited by the Customers totaling together Rs 8 lacs. Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this application is dismissed.
