The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with 267 of 2019 in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Cse No.80 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120 (B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para 16 of the petition.

Petitioner is said to be wife of the deceased and it appears that there is allegation that he in collusion with one Shiv Kumar Das killed the deceased (husband) and earlier also Shiv Kumar Das had threatened the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59126 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 and that Shiv Kumar Das has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13347 of 2019. Moreover the petitioner is in custody for more than one yer and she is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge Ist Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak PS Case No.80 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 with condition to co-operate in the investigation..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
