In view of the materials brought on record in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Magadh

Patna High Court CWJC No.20381 of 2012 dt.12-10-2015 2/3 University on 01.10.2015 giving details of payment of admitted dues, on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to take instructions, the matter was adjourned. Today, learned counsel submits that on telephonic instructions, he has been informed that actual payment has not been credited in the account of the petitioner in terms of the orders, copies of which have been brought on record by the Magadh University.

Learned counsel for the Magadh University submits that there is no reason for the payment not actually having been credited in the account of the petitioner and assures the Court that if the same is not done, it shall be done.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to ensure that all due amount of the petitioner which have already been sanctioned and money sent to the college for payment, is actually credited into the petitioner's account within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 7. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 5 in the event he finds any discrepancy either in the accounts or any payment not made under an admissible head. If such representation along with all documents in support of such claim is filed within four weeks from today along

Patna High Court CWJC No.20381 of 2012 dt.12-10-2015 3/3 with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 5 shall look into it and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within three weeks thereafter. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner pursuant to such determination, the same shall also be paid to him within the next two weeks.
