This is the fourth attempt on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was lastly rejected by this Court on 26th November, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 45394 of 2014.

It would be evident that the petitioner is alleged to have fired causing fatal gun shot wound by one Pappu Yadav, who died at spot.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter even though the petitioner has
