JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 04.12.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 28853 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner for surrendering before the learned court below in order to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to modify the order dated 04.12.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 28853 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2471 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 learned court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today in order to enable him to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 170(c) of 2017 and avail the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification.
