Petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Deo Krishna Paswan against whom there is specific allegation that he took the victim for the purpose of marriage.

It is admitted case of the informant that after missing of his girl when he went to the house of the petitioner, petitioner was found present in his house.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54835 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with N.H.Bangra P.S.Case No. 15 of 2015.
