2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to restore the possession of the petitioner and his family members, which has been dispossessed by the respondent no. 12 without any valid order of the competent court;

(ii) to leave out the private Respondents from the land of the petitioner and his family members;

(iii) to issue direction upon the Government respondent to register the Case against the respondent nos. 10 to 18;

Patna High Court CWJC No.6329 of 2016(6) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 (iv) to initiate departmental proceeding and also for registered criminal came against the respondent no. 9 -11 and its associates who committed forgery and manipulation in Government records/ Revenue records;

(v) to initiate departmental proceeding against the respondent no 12 (Incharge Pattckhuati Police out post who acted as Gunda of the private Respondents;

(vi) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. On 13.11.2025, three weeks time was granted to file substitution petition and the order was peremptory.

3. As the same was not complied, it stood rejected on 04.12.2025.
