Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 379, 295A of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the First Information Report named accused persons including the petitioner made indiscriminate firing, wherein several persons received injuries. Firing was made by Bhola Yadav, caused injury to Md. Saddam Quraishi and Md. Kamran Quraishi and during treatment Md. Saddam Quraishi succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the specific accusation of firing on the victim is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54253 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 against Bhola Yadav and others have been granted regular bail. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar. With this observation this application is disposed of.
