JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that looted mobile has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and thereafter, petitioner was put on test identification parade, in which, he was identified by the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with k. Nagar P.S. Case No. 548 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, learned court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
