The petitioner is in custody in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegation leveled by the informant is that on the point of pistol Rs.32,000/-, mobile, motorcycle and other articles was snatched by the petitioner and others. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Md. Josef. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the F.I.R. was lodged against

No.57452 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 unknown and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.
