2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 120(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and 40-50 unknown persons pelted stones on the police party and damaged their vehicle, due to which, some of the police personnel sustained injury.
