JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The petitioner was granted bail by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, vide order dated 21.08.2018, passed in B.P. No. 874 of 2018, with a condition that the petitioner would be released after framing of charge, but even after lapse of about one year of bail order, the case of the petitioner has neither been separated from other co-accused persons nor charges have been framed, as a result, bail order could not be effected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with a liberty to file an appropriate application before the concerned court with a competent jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. Permission is accorded.
