JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-05-2015 The counsel for the opposite party submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by issuance of letter dated 3rd February 2015 providing the calculation showing excess payment of Rs. 1,46,531/- which has seriously been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the calculation which has been shown, is not correct picture rather the petitioner is entitled more.

Patna High Court MJC No.6629 of 2012 (12) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 This Court cannot adjudicate and calculate the entitlement of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the liberty, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may file a representation before the appropriate authority who will examine the case of the petitioner and pass necessary order in accordance with law.
