In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority against the impugned order. If such appeal is filed within a period of four weeks then let the same be disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law without going into the question of limitation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
