JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 16.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims that deceased was killed by her in laws including petitioner as the in laws of the deceased wanted to grab her lands but subsequently, informant filed complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 364 of 2015 stating therein that deceased was killed due to non-fulfilment of dowry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.55100 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 364 of 2015.
