The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has no concerned with the alleged seized vehicles. There is no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner be released on bail, in the event
