JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Mobile and some naxlite literature were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner used to supply medicine and food to the naxals. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.07.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 184 of 2015.
