JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 323, 326, 354(B) and 342 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners submit that there is land dispute between the parties. Further more, in the earlier case instituted by the prosecution side, the petitioners were acquitted. The petitioners have earlier also filed a case against the prosecution side. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, Manoj Sada, Ranjit Sada and Bhola Sada, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender, in connection with C.R. No.683 of 2015, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11543 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, subject to the conditions that they would not physically absent themselves for two consecutive dates at a stretch till two witnesses are examined in trial.
