2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents to cancel the birth certificate of the petitioner registered on 08.08.2002 issued on 10.08.2002 as stated therein that the date of birth is 06.02.2001 vide Registration No.9639.

3. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that for cancellation of the birth certificate, he has filed representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.13435 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 vide Annexure-P/4 of the writ petition, but no decision has been taken on the same by the Municipal Corporation and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition.

4. Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that a time frame may be fixed to take decision on the representation of the petitioner.

5. In the light of the submissions made, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of directing the petitioner to file a detailed representation annexing all documents before the Municipal Corporation within 30 days along with this order and the Municipal Corporation shall take decision on the same within 60 days after receiving the same thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the present writ application stands disposed of.
