The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 (I) That the present writ application is in the nature of mandamus for issuance of an appropriate direction/directions to the respondents concerned to make payment of the due salary for the period of Medical Leave, Earned Leave amount of the petitioner for the period 20.07.2009 to 12.08.2009, 24.08.2009 to 03.09.2009 Commuted Leave) 29.11.2009 to 10.01.2010 and 08.03.2010 to 05.10.2010 (Earned

Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 1, the Vice Chancellor, Rajendra Krishi University, Pusa, Samastipur. The respondent no. 1 shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
