JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.9.2015 in a case registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report, but only suspicion has been raised against her. However, in course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and confessed her guilt and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case
