The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Banka P.S.Case No.429 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 427 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners being variously armed assaulted the informant, her husband and her son and the injuries caused were found serious in nature, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60646 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
