The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.76 of 2019 registered under Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Child Labour Protection Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of engaging to Ramlal Kumar, minor son of Bharosh Yadav, resident of village-Mahnar, P.O. and P.S. Mahnar, District-Vaishali, as a labourer in his hotel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, Ramlal Kumar has been sent by his parents at the house of

No.57856 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner for studying and at the time of raid, he had come in the hotel of this petitioner with the lunch of the petitioner from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent, has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, C.B.I.-II, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.76 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
