ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail passed by this Court by the order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.46591 of 2015 in which he was directed to surrender in the Court below after four weeks from the date of receipt of this order but he could not surrender in time due to some unavoidable reason and, hence, this modification application.

Considering the aforesaid, further three weeks time is allowed to the Petitioner to surrender in the Court below. The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the District Legal Aid Committee.

Application stands allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015.
