The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No. 253 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 447, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is the own sister-in-law of the petitioner no. 1 and rest are also family members and she has lodged criminal case against all the family members including the father-in-law as she wanted share in the retirement benefit of her father-in-law and only bruise was found on the person of the informant and these petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52965 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 have no criminal antecedent, except a complaint case in which they have been acquitted.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Raj Kishore Pawan @ Raju Paswan, Abhishek Paswan and Chandeshwar Paswan, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.Case No. 253 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
