JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 05-04-2016 The petitioners have filed the writ petition before this Court on the strength of the Supreme Court's order dated 10th March, 2014 in respect of a person holding a civil post under the Union. In terms of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 such petition has to be filed before the Administrative Tribunal only. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that Interlocutory Application has been filed to challenge the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') whereby an original application filed by

We find that the order of Tribunal cannot be permitted to be challenged through an interlocutory application. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Tribunal by way of an appropriately constituted writ petition.
