JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that coil of stolen transformer was recovered from a Kabari shop where he was working as Munshi.

The petitioner submits that he has no antecedent and has been implicated in this case on suspicion, though, he is not the owner of the shop in question.

In the facts of the case, in case of surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Pankaj Pandey, JM, 1st Class, Begusarai in PS.Case No. -120 Year- 2015 Thana -BACHWARA District- BEGUSARAI.
