2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court dated 13.08.2024 in CWJC No. 159 of 2018 with analogous cases. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he had moved before this Hon'ble Court in 2018 itself but his case could not be tagged with the batch of cases and due to this reason, the matter could not be disposed off. Hence, the present matter also be disposed of with a direction to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the observation made in CWJC No. 159 of 2018 along with other analogous cases.

As such, the petitioner is directed to represent before the District Magistrate-cum- Chairman, District Selection Committee, Gopalganj within 60 days from today who is directed that if it is found that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered in terms of the decision made in CWJC No. 159 of 2018 with analogous cases then in that case, the case of the petitioner shall also be decided on similar footing in the light of Section 4(c) of the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011 within 90 days thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
