JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 65872 of 2018. Petitioner happens to be husband and the allegation against him is that he killed his wife by setting her on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and trial has not commenced as yet.

Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55659 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 trial court is directed to expedite the trial. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
