After some arguments, Mr Pratyush Kumar, who appears in person, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to apply to the Government to accord sanction for prosecution of the accused concerned and if such sanction is not granted, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law.
To the submissions so made, no objection has been raised on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to apply to the Government to accord sanction for prosecution of the
