After the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mahasangh reported in (2005) 9 SCC 129 and pursuant to the tripartite agreement between the State Government, the University and the federation of the employees, petitioner was adjusted in MLSM College, Darbhanga vide Annexure-4. Thereafter, respondents have decided to disturb the petitioner. Similar issue raised in this case was considered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16574 of 2019 which was disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16901 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 on 19.08.2019.

In view of the above, the present writ application stands disposed of in the similar manner C.W.J.C. No. 16574 of 2019 was disposed of.
