2. In view of order passed in C.W.J.C. No.14834 of 2012, L.P.A. No.1668 of 2013 including the order passed in M.J.C. No.1058 of 2018 and M.J.C. No.4718 of 2013, the District Collectorate, Hajipur has prepared a list of persons to be regularised in service in different categories. The name of the petitioner is standing at item no. 51 and as such the petitioner does not want to press this application any more, as the grievance of the petitioner has been taken care of by impleadment of his name in the panel list and it is expected that
