Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

A motorcycle was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner and two others riding on that motorcycle.

Submission is that the motorcycle is of the friend of the petitioner, namely, Md. Naushad and owner book in the name of Md. Naushad is at Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
