This application is filed for modification of order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7315 of 2023. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7315 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within twelve weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise-II, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67942 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 P.S. Case No. 340 of 2022, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7315 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7315 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
