By the order dated 03.08.2015, the learned Civil Judge(Jr. Div.) II, Sasaram, Rohtas has only marked the documents filed by the respondents after obtaining from the concerned authority under R.T.I. Act, 2005 in Election Case No.1 of 2012.
So far the points raised by the petitioner that there is nothing to show that the documents are either attested documents or who has supplied the same but the Court below at belated stage has allowed the application and has marked the document is concerned, this is a matter that can be considered by the Court below at the time of final hearing of the election case. Since merely the documents have been marked as exhibit, the reliability
Patna High Court CWJC No.18677 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2016 or otherwise of the document can be examined at the stage of final hearing. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
