No.12517 of 2013 has already been complied with, as the petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs. 4,732/- by cheque dated 06.01.2016.

In such view of the matter, the present contempt application is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. If the petitioner is feeling aggrieved by the action of the Transmission Company, he will have liberty to take action in accordance with law. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
