08-01-2019 It is not the case of the petitioner that the respondent Bank is proceeding contrary to law. If this is the position then on the face of the order dated 16.05.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in CWJC No. 19637 of 2016, this court cannot entertain this writ application for any relief. It is worth mentioning that the CWJC No. 19637/2016 is still pending and it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Hon'ble Division Bench and seek the relief, if any, which may be available to the petitioner. So far as this writ application is concerned, it has no merit, and is dismissed accordingly.
