JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but admittedly, neither he was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. Furthermore, it is an admitted position that one co-accused Vijay Ram has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 81 of 2015.
