2. The present petition has preferred for modification of the order 28.7.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40372 of 2023 by which the petitioner was allowed bail subject to the condition that one of the bailor should be family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bonafide.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court concerned has refused to accept the bail bond of cousin brother of the petitioner and has made prayer for extension of time.

4. Taking into account the fact that has been incorporated in paragraphs 4 and 5, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender four further four weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69194 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 today subject to payment of Rs. 5000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
