Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 72 C of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 120B, 420, 427, 403, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63218 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the dispute involved in the present case is purely civil in nature for which a Title suit No. 126 of 1996 is pending before the court below.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 72 C of 2013 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
