2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 333 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412 of the IPC and section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, a country-made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is under custody since 26.05.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 333 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
