The matter relates to appointment of Anganwari Sevika for Centre No. 300, village-Agrail, Panchayat-Agrain Khurd, Block-Patepur, District-Vaishali.
The Deputy Director, Welfare, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur wrote a letter dated 21.01.2013 to the Child
Patna High Court CWJC No.12954 of 2013 (7) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 Development Programme Officer, Patepur to complete the process of selection of Anganwri Sevika, but the statement made in the interlocutory application No. 5369 of 2013 discloses that a fresh Advertisement has already been issued for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and the petitioner has not given any information with regard to ultimate outcome of the Advertisement. In view of the subsequent development, this petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
