Case No. 102 of 2014 has become infructuous, as during the pendency of the case the police have already submitted chargesheet and the Magistrate concerned has taken cognizance of the case.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
