It is submitted that though the P.P.O. has been issued on 25th August, 2015 but pension is not being paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file representation before the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.2 may be directed to dispose of the representation

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no.2 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.7 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
