Taking into consideration that almost all the co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Katihar vide order dated 21.11.2015 passed in A.B.P. No. 1440 of 2015 and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015.
