JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner, filed for renewal of his arms license. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the aforesaid application was filed in the year, 2020, but the same is yet to be disposed of.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the District Arms

Patna High Court CWJC No.15924 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur to dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner, if not already disposed of, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
